The annual road maintenance fee (member dues or assessment fee) is assessed to all property owners to fund the maintenance of Association property & roads.
Invoices are mailed via U.S. Postal Service, in early January, with payments due by the last day of January.
Payments no received by March 1st will be assessed a $5.00 late fee. Additionally, nine percent (9%) interest annum is charged on all late payments.
Member Dues Amount (2025) The assessment fee may be subject to a maximum increase of up to ten percent (10%) per year without the written affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the Association entitled to vote, or a higher amount with member approval.

Payment via PayHOA To ensure timely posting of payments to your account, the LRVPOA Board recommends making your payment through the PayHOA Owner Portal. It's simple! Just log into your PayHOA account, and click the "Make a Payment" button in the upper left corner of the webpage. If you own multiple lots, use the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the PayHOA webpage to toggle between them. Payment via U.S. Postal Service or Other Courier Though not the preferred method of payment, you may also make a check payable to "LRVPOA." Be sure to write your lot number(s) in the memo line, then send it to the address below.
