The volunteer board of directors is responsible to the Lost River Valley Property Owners Association members and help the association:

• maintain, improve, and repair the roads, common lands, and rights of way of the association;
• assess, collect, and administer funds;
• make capital improvements and acquisitions authorized by the Bylaws;
• engage in such other activities specified in the Bylaws and as directed by the membership.
